Gravatars are the most popular and widely supported mechanism for associating profile images with internet users. Please follow the steps below if you choose to replace your default profile image. Go to www.gravatar.com Create an account and register your pcka email account. You may choose to associate additional email accounts if you want, but only email address linked to @pcka.com will affect your profile. The website was designed so that employees could update their own profiles and maintaince would not burden any one person. We tried to make the process as easy as possible by creating a Master Employee List, which bypasses the back-end completely and shows only the pages needed to maintain bibliographies. For now, everyone has global access to this page. Individual accounts are easily supported and will be enforced should the need arise. No one will be turned down for technical assistance, but everyone at the company should be capable of following the profile update instructions shown below. STEP 1: Go to the Master Employee List . Figure 1. Master Employee List STEP 2: Enter the login and password sent to you by email. If you lost the email, ask someone for it. If you are a new employee contact the webmaster and he/she will create a blank profile under your name. STEP 3: Click the edit link. STEP 4: Click the Visual tab to load up the WordPress WYSIWYG editor, make what ever changes you want. When finished, click the Save button.
